Occuralog

No ERP required.

Occuralog turns the Urdu-English WhatsApp messages your team already sends into structured records that systems like SAP never see.

  • Reads the WhatsApp export as it is, in Roman Urdu, English or both.
  • Turns every message into a timestamped, classified record.
  • Builds a timeline per order and flags the delays still open.
Particles lined up into eight rows.
Eight WhatsApp messages from a test thread, parsed by Occuralog.

What it does

  • Reads the chat you already have

A WhatsApp group export, as it is: Roman Urdu, English or both, malformed lines included.

  • Turns messages into records

Each message becomes a timestamped, classified event, so “truck late hai” is logged as a delay.

  • Builds a timeline per order

Events are put in order for each order, and delays that are still open are flagged.

  • Says when it is unsure

A message the rules cannot place is kept as unknown. It is never guessed.

How it works

  1. 01 Export the WhatsApp chat
  2. 02 Parse: normalise the format, keep the messy lines
  3. 03 Extract: rules turn text into events
  4. 04 Timeline: order events per order, flag open delays

Where it stands

Runs today

  • WhatsApp export parser
  • Per-order timelines with open-delay detection
  • A Python library that runs on your machine; no service to host

Next

  • Excel parser
  • A durable event store
  • Plain-language questions over the log
